How the Colombians deceit the Dutch Government and their own Court of Law.
17 May 08, The Dutch Ambassador to Bogota, Colombia further discusses “Hendrik van Bilderbeek” with President Uribe.
16 May 08, Prime Minister Balkenende discusses “Hendrik van Bilderbeek” with President Uribe meet in Lima, Peru
08 May 08,Attorney Dr. Weben gives a second presentation at the Dutch Foreign Ministry and proofs that there is a major difference between the authentic Lowen Innsbruck Court files and the court files presented by the Colombian Foreign Ministry to the Colombian Court.
Dr. Weben has more interesting points like:
- Why did Colombia take 17 months from the moment of receiving the Lowen Innsbruck Court files to deliver these documents to the Colombian Court!
- How did Colombia know about Ms. Lowen?
- How did Austria know where to look for Lowen’s file?
- How was it possible to release Lowen’s file without Lowen’s strict consent?
- Why did the Bundeskriminalamt [Federal Office of Criminal Investigation] want to prevent Dr. Weben to have access to the complete file of Lowen [the Austrian Judge makes a written notice and overruled this request]
And many other interesting questions.
The Dutch Foreign Ministry is attempting -again- to hold talks about Hendrik’s poor state of health with the Colombians. In principle this would mean for Hendrik to go through the same medical examines as completed last December 07.
Colombia’s objective is very simple:
To stretch as much time as possible avoiding a possibility for home arrest or an exoneration of Hendrik, until the moment Colombian Judge Jairo Acosta issues sentencing [and Judge Acosta will sentence Hendrik]. The Colombians, then will wash their hands again [hiding behind their Court of Law decision] stating that any house arrest or exoneration will be impossible without first going through a lengthy appeal process, once Hendrik has been sentenced.
For those not familiar with Judge Jairo Acosta merely google his name!
19 February 2008, Dr. Weben, Austrian legal counsel of Hendrik & Albert van Bilderbeek along with Albert van Bilderbeek held a meeting with Dutch Foreign Ministry officials warning them of a possible attempt of deceit by the Colombians using the Austrian Rogatory Reply Letter. Colombia in deliberate attempt to deceit the justice system is translating a 800+ pages of the Elena Lowen court file in an attempt to utilize each page criminal insinuations as proof in a further attempt to condemn Hendrik instead of translating the only page of essence, which is the final court ruling of the Austrian Court of “Not Guilty”!
The Colombian Ambassador Carlos Medellin-Becerra to The United Kingdom has been appointed as Colombia’s Ambassador to The Netherlands, but right after his arrival to The Netherlands, the Ambassador Carlos Medellin-Becerra has suddenly resigned?!
Colombia has appointed a new Colombian Ambassador Juan Chaux Mosquera currently under investigation by Colombia’s Fiscal General Mario Iguaran for his paramilitary ties.
The Colombian Judge refuses to acknowledge Hendrik’s poor state of health, because contrary to the independent medical report by a French M.D., the office of Medicina Legal from “La Modelo” denies that Hendrik’s state of health is poor.
14 December 2007, The Dutch Minister of Foreign Relations issued a letter to President Uribe requesting that Hendrik be transferred to house arrest before 24 December, 2007, considering his poor health. No reply.
21 November 2007, Dutch Embassy officials met with Judge Acosta and handed over Hendrik’s independent medical report, which confirms a “poor” state of health, requesting immediate “house-arrest”. Judge Acosta neglects to inform the Dutch Ambassador that as per December 1st, 2007, Judge Acosta will no longer be presiding over Hendrik’s case, misleading the Dutch Government about any chance of house-arrest for Hendrik by 01 December, 2007.
